Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy. You may request a return no later than 3 days after receiving your item.                           

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received.
  • The amount of the stickers ordered must be unused and be in original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase is needed.
  • To start a return, please send a request to colorvolola@gmail.com.

Return items are only considered when a return request is started. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return-shipping label with shipping instructions. For any return questions please contact us at colorvolola@gmail.com.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Sale items and/or gift cards cannot be returned, are not refundable or exchangeable.

Exchanges:
Please send a return request to colorvolola@gmail.comIf your return is accepted make a separate purchase order for the new item. (Please note: Exchanges only apply to original priced item.)

Refunds:
No refunds for any sale item or promo deals. Full refunds applied only to normal price orders. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified if the refund is approved. If approved a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
